User is a person, group of persons, company, trust, society, legal entity, legal personality or anyone who visits the website, mobile app or gives missed call or places an order with Aapkii Dukaan via phone or mobile application or through website www.aapkiidukaan.com.
Yes, there is a minimum order value of Rs. 499/-. There are no delivery charges on an order worth Rs. 499/- or above. In special cases and if permitted to process an order value less than Rs. 499/- , then a delivery charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable (i.e. shall be charged from the customer).
Aapkii Dukaan accepts orders on all seven days of the week and all the orders placed by the customers before 11 pm in the night will be delivered the next day or as per the delivery date chosen, as we at Aapkii Dukaan procure fresh produce and deliver it straight to the customer at its desired address.
If a customer does not wish to receive any marketing communications from Aapkii Dukaan, they can simple chose the ‘unsubscribe’ option (i.e. opt-out) or write an email to email@example.com.
Aapkii Dukaan is in the trade of delivering a customer’s order (placed via an e-commerce platform i.e. online app) of daily home essentials such as fresh fruits, vegetables, groceries, dairy & poultry products, etc. directly to home (i.e. user’s / customer’s desired address).
A customer can cancel his order any time before / up to the specified cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by either calling our customer service or visiting the website or writing an email. In such a case we will issue a credit note for the value of the cancelled order (i.e. only for any advance payments if already made by the customer online for the order) which will be credited to customer’s account on the Site. This can be used to pay for subsequent shopping bills. However, any cancellation of an order confirmed and placed by a customer after the specified cut-off time will not be accepted and no refund would be applicable either for any payments if already made by the customer online for the order or for any cash payments due to be collected for the order placed by the customer on delivery. Please note that the cut-off time for order placement or cancellation is 11 pm in the night for next day delivery or for the delivery date chosen.
Images of Fruits, Vegetables, Grocery items, etc. present in the website are for demonstration / illustrative purpose and may not resemble exactly in size, colour, weight, contrast etc; though we assure our best to maintain the best quality in product, which is being our foremost commitment to the customer.
At times it is difficult to weigh certain vegetables or fruits exactly as per the order or desired quantity of the customer, hence the delivery might be with five percent variation on both higher or lower side of exact ordered quantity. Customers hereby undertakes to pay to Aapkii Dukaan as per the final invoice. We at Aapkii Dukaan understand and our endeavour is to always deliver in exact quantity / in line with the quantity ordered. However, every time it would not be possible to do so and Aapkii Dukaan assures a fair deal and weight to all its customers. Additionally, Aapkii Dukaan assures its customers that at no instance delivery weights / quantity will vary dramatically from what was ordered.
We strive to deliver the best quality products at all times. However, in unfortunate circumstances wherein particular product(s) are not acceptable to the customer on delivery, following is what can be done:
To begin with we have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the equivalent value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. Please note:
- That the credit note issued is non-transferable.
- Payment once made online by the customer in any circumstance shall not be redeemed / refunded. Aapkii Dukaan will issue a credit note of the equivalent amount as invoiced. Same can be adjusted at the time of next purchase by the customer with Aapkii Dukaan.
- If the customer decides to return the goods at the time of delivery and opted for Cash-On-Delivery, user with telephonic consent of authorised / designated person by Aapkii Dukaan may reduce the invoice value by the equivalent amount of returned goods.
Once the order has been delivered at the customer’s desired address (mentioned at the time of order placement with Aapkii Dukaan), and accepted by any person present at the customer’s desired address, the goods so accepted / delivered cannot be returned to Aapkii Dukaan and the amount invoiced for the order shall not be refunded. The customer ensures that he / she has entered a correct billing and shipping address from which the dues he / she owes to Aapkii Dukaan will be recoverable in full. In case the above mentioned condition is not true then he / she authorises Aapkii Dukaan to take appropriate legal action against him / her in whichever way Aapkii Dukaan deems fit.
No disputes regarding the quality or quantity of goods delivered to user shall be entertained by Aapkii Dukaan once the order is delivered and accepted by the customer. Once delivery is accepted transaction stands completed and deemed to be the full satisfaction of the customer.
Aapkii Dukaan assures its best and sincere efforts for the delivery of ordered goods within the time slots chosen by the customer. The customer understands this and will not hold Aapkii Dukaan responsible for any delays in the delivery of the order placed.
If some product is not available or is not of good quality, the same item will not be delivered and will be adjusted accordingly in the invoice; all rights in this regards are reserved with Aapkii Dukaan.
